About myDxHub

Modern tests can measure remarkable things: the bacteria behind gum disease, the cholesterol and metabolic markers that can point to heart risk long before symptoms, the thyroid and vitamin levels behind problems nobody could explain. Too often the result arrives as a PDF the patient never sees, filed away after a thirty-second phone call.

And the results scatter. Your blood work sits in one portal, your dental panel in another, your prescriptions in a third, and none of them can see each other. The person with the most at stake in reading them together is the one person given no way to do it.

myDxHub was built to close that gap: one record, owned by you, that your results flow into, explained in plain language, tracked over time, and shared only with the people you choose.

myDxHub is a healthcare technology company. We build and run the record. We are not a laboratory, and we are not a medical or dental practice.

Your practice orders your tests, or you add results you already have. An independent laboratory performs them. A provider you choose talks with you about what they mean. Our job is to make sure the result reaches you, in words you can read, in a record you control. Nothing in your record is medical advice, and nothing here replaces a conversation with a clinician who knows you.

Two sentences have governed every decision here: your health records, in your hands, and your health data shouldn’t live in a filing cabinet. They are not slogans added at the end. They are the rules the product was built to keep.

Most portals keep your records and let you look at them. myDxHub is built the other way around. The record is yours, and a provider can see it only because you allowed it. When you end their access, it ends. There is no setting anywhere that overrides your decision.

Stopping access closes the connection. Nothing new is shared, nothing updates, and anything they never opened is withdrawn. What a provider already opened, they keep for a limited time, the same way they would if you had handed them a printout. You can see exactly what that was, and when.

Every time someone opens your record, it is written down, and that list is yours to read in your account. You can download a complete copy whenever you like, without asking anyone. And your records are encrypted while they are stored and while they travel.

For patients: a secure record of your test results across medical and dental, each one explained in plain language and tracked when you retest, and control over who can see it: who has access, who has looked, which reports you have shared, and a full copy to download. You can add your own vision records too, and they sit in the same record under the same controls. We are still building pharmacy.

For practices: order test kits and follow each one from order to result, receive lab reports as individual results with nothing to retype, send patients a report with your practice’s name on it, and give them a record they will actually open. Learn more about practices →
