Most portals keep your records and let you look at them. myDxHub is built the other way around: the record is yours, and a provider can see it only because you allowed it.

  • When you end access, it ends

    The moment you end a provider’s access, nothing new is shared and anything they never opened is closed to them. What they already opened, they keep for a limited time, the way a printout would be, and your access history shows exactly what that was.

  • You can see who looked

    Every time someone opens your results, a report, or an image, it is written down with their name and the time. That list is yours to read, whenever you like.

  • Leaving takes your records with you

    Download a complete copy of your documents and results whenever you like, without asking anyone. Change practices, and your record comes with you.

How it works

However the test was ordered, the result ends up somewhere you own.

  1. Step 1: Your provider orders a test

    A clinical lab panel, an oral DNA kit, imaging, whatever the visit calls for. They invite you to your own secure record.

  2. Step 2: Results arrive automatically

    When the laboratory finishes, the report arrives in your record and each result is listed on its own, with its normal range. No waiting on a phone call.

  3. Step 3: Understand and act

    Read each result in plain language, watch how it changes when you retest, and share a report with anyone you choose. Your provider is the one to talk to about what it means for you.

Every connection uses strict transport security, and stored records and documents are encrypted on disk.

A provider you have removed cannot open your record, and there is no setting anywhere that overrides your decision.

Any account can add a second step at sign-in with an authenticator app.
